The Law We Need But Will Never Get.

I'll get to the point: Politicians passing bills that are not read, understood and explained clearly and thoroughly to the people should be illegal, a federal felony offense  - that is punishable by heavy fines, loss of office and significant time in prison.

Every Congressperson, the President and Vice-President should be required under penalty of law to sign a binding contract with the American people demonstrating, in their own words, that they have read, understand and are proficient and knowledgeable enough on the bill's impacts to vote for it or against it.

The Contract must have a plain-English (politician-speak not allowed) summary and explanation of the real impacts and implications of each section and major subsection of the bill.

And the office-holder will be held legally accountable for their vote.

These people are screwing us over on a daily basis are getting more power-mad ever day - they have placed themselves above the law and above the people.

Elected and appointed officials are our servants - not our masters. At least that's how it is supposed to be and used to be. We must begin to hold them accountable and responsible for their words and actions.

Immigration Reform Is Not Really About Immigration - It's About Power.

To understand what "immigration reform" is really about starts with understanding two simple truths: One, that this is not the first time politicians have sworn they are going to "Secure the Borders!" and assure us that "This time they really mean it!"(tm); and two, the cardinal political rule of mass illegal immigration", which is: "If politicians and their cronies benefited from stopping mass illegal immigration it would have been stopped a long time ago and most likely would never have started."

They will lie and lie again over and over and fill thousands of pages of a bill that no one ever reads but politicians are not going to stop mass illegal immigration - because it is beneficial to them and their cronies.

This time is different only because it is for all the marbles... This bill is designed to give unprecedented power to politicians of the ruling elite class and huge sums of money to their cronies. Here is what any "immigration reform" bill that would get out of the House & Senate and be signed by Obama will do:

1) The bill will ensure that poorly educated, low-skilled workers and STEM - IT (Science Technology, Engineering, Mathematics - Information Technology) workers from foreign nations will flood those two labor markets with cheap, compliant workers. The working class and middle-class will be "fundamentally transformed", to use Obama's term, in ways that benefit politicians and their cronies and devastate real American citizens.

2) The bill will import 18M to 35M (11M already here plus their relatives outside the US via "reunification") mostly under-educated, govt-dependent citizens of foreign nations and convert them into mostly under-educated, govt-dependent "pathway-citizens". And they will vote... Which is the whole idea from the politician's perspective. And the overwhelming majority of those manufactured votes will go to Democrats. The bill is an corrput, artificial means to create more than enough votes to give the Democrats complete, undisputed control of the federal government in 2 to 3 national election cycles, depending on how fast liberal activist lawyers can speed up the "pathway" to become a "superhighway"...

So, why is the GOP seemingly committing political suicide to help the Democrats gain complete control of the government? Well in short, they went insanely stupid after Romney's loss and made some terrible decisions - they believed the chanting from the left and some RINOs that 'white people are going away'... Think about it: The GOP (Rubio, Ryan, et al) swear to us that in the big picture, by shifting to the center-left just this one time to push this bill through, the "Latino vote" will give the GOP a politically-significant number of votes... Even if you believe that, what Rubio/Ryan and the rest of the GOP "leadership" *don't* talk about is what the GOP will have to do *ongoing* to keep those "Latino votes" coming in election after election after election... Obviously, the GOPs shift to center-left is permanent. They think their new BFF "Latino vote" will more than offset the "old white conservatives" they lose by doing so.

And therein lies the "bipartisan" nature of this virulently anti-American escapade by our Congress and President: The agreement between Schumer-Obama (whose staff wrote 98% of the Senate bill) and Rubio/Ryan/GOP-leaders is an agreement to share the effectively absolute power that "immigration reform" gives to America's ruling elite...

Look at it this way: If the government of a 3rd world banana republic crammed a "law" through that created a decisive and controlling number of votes out of thin air - thereby assuring the ruling class remained in power, history would call that government an "elected tyranny"...

That is why both parties are pushing "Immigration Reform" so hard - it is all about manufacturing votes to keep them in power and ensure that with all those government-dependent, easily controlled votes, there will be no democratic way to stop them from doing anything they want.
